These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orlumi mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), available on iOS, developed and operated by the Orlumi Team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Orlumi. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

No Free Trial: Orlumi does not offer a free trial. You will be charged immediately upon subscribing, at the rate corresponding to the plan you select.
Subscription purchases are managed directly through the Apple App Store. To cancel, turn off auto-renewal, or request a refund, please use your device's subscription settings or contact Apple support directly, as we do not have the ability to process payments or refunds on Apple's platform.
"User Content" includes your name, profile details, focus areas and goals, session history, favorites, messages you send to the Coach, and any feedback or other information you provide. By submitting User Content, you:

We may limit or suspend access to features, including the Coach, for accounts that violate these rules.
Orlumi provides general wellness and relaxation guidance only. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a cosmetic treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dentist, dermatologist, or other qualified professional. Orlumi does not claim to change your appearance, reduce wrinkles, or treat any condition, and results vary from person to person.
Consult a professional before starting if you have jaw or TMJ problems, facial nerve conditions, recent facial or dental surgery, recent cosmetic injections or fillers, skin conditions, or any other medical concern. Move gently, never force a stretch, and stop immediately if you feel pain, clicking, numbness, dizziness, or discomfort. You practice at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own wellbeing.
Live feedback, rep counts, and movement cues are estimates based on your device camera and depend on lighting, camera angle, distance, glasses, facial hair, and device performance. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as a guide, not a precise measurement.
Coach suggestions and weekly summaries are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to you. Use your own judgment, and do not rely on the Coach for medical, dental, or health advice.
The Application, including its design, features, rituals, programs, illustrations, animations, instructions, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by the Orlumi Team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Application and request deletion of your data at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period, except as required by law or platform policy.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that live feedback, Coach responses, summaries, or the Service will be accurate, complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that you will achieve any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Orlumi Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application — including any discomfort, injury, or physical harm resulting from practicing exercises shown in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where required, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Orlumi Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
